I work with companies on ESG (Environment​,​ Social​,​ and Governance) data management from data template design​,​ data collection​,​ to data analysis and summary. Data management is conducted in compliance and accordance to Sustainability Reporting framework(s) such as GRI and​/​or GHG Protocol. My approach to data management is as follows: 1. Data template reviews are designed and customized for each client​,​ ensuring that internal KPIs​,​ regulatory​,​ and framework requirements are reflected in the data collection template to avoid collection redundancies. A centralized data collection file is encouraged for efficiency and immediate feedback on data collection. 2. Data collection begins with a data kick-off that includes high-level training on the data requirements (definition​,​ source​,​ and formula​/​alternative data) and timeline discussion. Following the kick-off is a data discovery phase to better understand the emission sources and activities prior to collection. During the data collection period​,​ regular check-ins are conducted to review data and answer questions and concerns. Where edits are necessary for the template​,​ we work together to update the distributed file(s). 3. Data analysis includes consolidating data​,​ converting and calculating data to its final unit (ie. consumption data to emission data). Other services include: 1. ESG Data 101 sessions are for teams beginning their sustainability journey. This includes the role of data in the sustainability journey for the organization. This also and includes team "buy-in" messages regarding data collection. 2. ESG Data Advanced sessions are for teams looking to continue in their data collection journey. This includes an assessment of the current process​,​ identifying areas of improvement​,​ and working with the team on implementing changes and a roadmap to a fully implemented data collection "vision". 3. Data visualization - for clients with Power BI or Tableau accounts that are looking for an interactive and dynamic ESG dashboard
