I am actively looking to pivot into a sustainability-focused career that incorporates my finance and consulting background. I most recently worked with a small investment management firm leading its real estate investment business. I covered all operations of the business including sourcing new opportunities, project execution, and structuring both debt and equity deals. Working for a smaller firm provided me the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial setting where I was autonomous and responsible to make critical decisions on various projects. Prior to my most recent role, I worked at the consulting firm Townhouse Partners in New York City and was staffed at Citigroup in its CMBS & Real Estate Finance group. At Citi, I collaborated with internal teams to underwrite conduit CMBS deals nationwide. I earned my B.S.M. in Finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. I believe my ability to take ownership of various projects and provide adaptive approaches to problem-solving, combined with my enthusiasm and passion for positive change will provide a strong foundation to support any team.
