Hello! I'm Bridie O'Boyle​,​ and I'm a graduate student at Columbia University pursuing a Master of Science in Sustainability Management. During my time at Columbia​,​ I've served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for a course on Corporate Sustainability Reporting & Strategy​,​ was selected by my Faculty Advisor to be the Deputy Project Manager for a 12-person Pro bono Consulting project to advance geothermal energy in NY State​,​ and participated in the EDF Climate Corps Fellowship where I calculated Groupon's GHG inventory and launched their first ESG report. Prior to my time at Columbia​,​ I was a Director at FTI Consulting and supported Fortune 500 clients on corporate​,​ financial​,​ and ESG communications programs. From my various academic and professional experiences​,​ I’m excited to have developed a set of ESG & sustainability skills​,​ including: ESG reporting (frameworks​/​standards​,​ materiality assessments​,​ and report development) GHG accounting​,​ establishing climate targets (Science Based Targets Initiative)​,​ ESG communications (internal​/​external)​,​ project management​,​ ESG ratings and rankings​,​ employee engagement​,​ and circular strategies.
