Hello, I'm Arya J.

Hi​,​ I’m Arya! I have 5+ years of professional experience particularly in sustainability and environmental projects. Throughout my career​,​ I have been involved in various environmental initiatives​,​ including agtech + sustainable agriculture​,​ solar energy​,​ climate adaptation + resilience​,​ and environmental education. I recently finished my time as a Fulbright researcher​,​ studying the climate resilience of smallholder farmers in Lori Province​,​ Armenia. I graduated from Swarthmore College with a B.A. in Environmental Studies with a focus in Political Science and pursued a Masters of Science degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. I am also active in community development projects as the Co-Founder of Yerazad Coalition. My efforts with Yerazad include supporting displaced families from Artsakh through agricultural initiatives like beekeeping and greenhouse building. 2 greenhouses are currently being built for 4 displaced families.
