Jason holds an MBA in Sustainable Business and has a background in management consulting where he has worked with corporates, start-ups, VCs, and Non-profits to enhance their sustainability strategy. He has taken his experience growing diverse start-ups and applied it to the world of sustainability, engaging with different reporting frameworks to understand how these systems impact the way businesses approach sustainable innovation and how different methodologies can be effectively applied in practice to solve the complex problems we face in the 21st century. His expertise lies in sustainability measurement and reporting, ESG Strategy, Carbon Accounting, Supply Chain and Stakeholder Engagemet, Materiality Assessments, regulatory compliance, ERP​/​ERM, and implementation of sustainable initiatives. Jason is also an advisor to local business accelerators and sustainability research organizations, he has consulted on the development of reporting frameworks from the SEC, B-Lab, and State Government, and runs his own private practice focused on cleantech and the circular economy. When not at his desk, Jason enjoys exploring the Green Mountains of Vermont, where he is often hiking, biking, or snowboarding his way through the backcountry.
